We just wrapped up our study of White Fragility-Why It's So Hard for White People to Talk About Racism by Robin DiAngelo.  This book 'deftly illuminates the phenomenon of white fragility' and allows us to understand racism as a practice not restricted to ‘bad people.' She goes on to examine how white fragility develops, how it protects racial inequality, and what we can do to engage more constructively.

The book is available as an audio book, in an electronic version, as well as a paper copy, so check out your favorite book purveyor to get a copy. Even if you missed our meetings, you can still check out this enlightening book.
